What we collect

Shortcut Forge uses your email address for sign-in and stores your license status, shortcut project records, and signed shortcut files needed to deliver the service.

How we use it

We use this information only to authenticate you, confirm access, move shortcuts between your devices, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Payments

Stripe processes card and payment information. Turtle Compass Utilities does not receive or store your complete card number.

Retention and control

Staged shortcut files may expire. Account and purchase records are retained as needed to provide your one-time license and meet legal obligations. Contact support to request access or deletion where applicable.
